What happens after you place your order
1. Farmers confirm availability
Each farmer reviews your items and confirms they can fulfill your order. If something is out of stock, they may suggest a substitution.
2. You receive confirmation
You’ll get an email (and optionally SMS) with your confirmed total, pickup or delivery details, and any special instructions.
3. Pickup or delivery
Arrive at the pickup location during your chosen window, or be available at your delivery address. Bring your own bags if you can.
